This is an antique draw tool for wood working.  The blade is one piece with its ends going through the wood handle.  The blade is still sharp.  It has a small chunk of wood missing but it doesn't weaken it any.  Possibly for shaping spokes but could be used for any small wood working.  Very hard wood handle.  This was all hand made.  11" long.  Blade is 2 1/2" long.
