This is an original print in the original frame. The print was made sometime between 1864 - 1913. That is when Fishel, Adler & Co. were in business as an American publisher/printer company. This is a large framed print of the Flight of Mary Queen of Scots to England, May 16, 1568. The bottom left-hand corner reads: "Published by F. Silber, Berlin Luisen-Str 53. The bottom right corner reads: Published by Fishel, Adler & Co., 94 Fulton Street, New York. This print has not been taken out of this frame. The frame is solid wood. It is two frames in one. I did have to add two nails to keep the inner frame secure to the outside frame. There is a bit of foxy on the print, mainly around the border. The outside frame is 31 1/2" X 25 1/2". The print is 25 3/4" X 19 1/2", which is the inside measurement of the inner frame. A very rare print. Free shipping within the U.S.
