This is a heavy-duty antique hanging-weight scale. The maximum weight is 24 pounds.  Very portable.  It has a brass graduated marked plate with a heavy-duty hook and top ring.  6 1/2" long without the hook or top ring measured.  There is paint wear on the main body.
