A vintage Meyer leather tool. It is marked: Meyer Welt. The cutting edge is still very sharp. It easily fits in hand to cut along the welt on a shoe. Also marked on the side: 277 - 7th Ave, NY. This may have been where the tools were made or sold. It does come with an original case. Some of the edge stitching is missing but could easily be resewn. 5 1/4" long. The tip of the blade is intact. No damage, just some tarnishing.
