Antique heavy card stock photo frame. 4 3/4" X 3 1/4" . It opens like a card. It will hold up to a 4 3/8" X 2 1/4" photo. The front has an image of the Liberty Bell. Also, the company name: "International Photographic Service," 5402 Haverford Avenue, Phila., PA. This may have been the "frame" given to you when you had a photo taken by this shop. There are some light color tiny spots on the inside cover.
