This is an unusual item.  It is a bristol shoe brush on a wood wall hanger.  There is an intricate drawn design on the hanger and the brush handle.  The designs are slightly faded.  I believe the designs are stenciled designs in pencil for an uncompleted pyrography project.  The brush is 7 1/8" long, and the board is 11 5/8" X 5 1/4" wide.  The hardware looks original.  There is an added hole near the top of the hanger.  It all can be mounted on the wall.  It appears to be the original brush for the board hanger.  The brush fits perfectly in the board design.  The brush wood handle looks like it was used was a tool.  There are several "dimples" on the surface.
