A rare piece to find.  This is a souvenir from Savanah, GA.  A miniature cotton bale with a bisque black child sitting on top eating a slice of watermelon.  There is some paint wear on the head of the child under the hat.   The bale is 2 1/2" X 2 1/8" X  1 1/2" high.
