9 1/2" X 3 1/4" wide.  A vintage solid brass stirrup or topadero.  This heavy brass stirrup is cast metal and designed after the early 16th-century Spanish conquistador's leather topadero.  The heavy metal stirrups would be used for ceremonial parade events.
