This is a science lab tool made by GRAF-APSCO and made in Germany. Brass scoop with a wood handle. It is probably used to scoop small amounts of powders for experiments. It may also be used for mixing powder pigments for painting. GRAF-APSCO manufactured various tools and equipment for the sciences. 5 3/4" long. Scoop is 1 1/2" long X 3/4" wide.
