A wonderful hand-painted girl vase.  This is a type of clay pottery.  7 3/4" high. The top opening is 2 5/8" across. The bottom is 4 1/4" across.  It has some great colors.  Very unusual.  I cannot find any markings indicating where or who made this.  Very nice. There is some crackling of the outer glaze but no cracks or chips.
