This is an earlier Hummel Figure.  The mark is the High Bee, dating it 1957.  The Village Boy or Country Boy.  Number 51 3/0.  Germany.  There are no chips or cracks.  4" tall.  There are many Himmel figures available.  The trademark will give you a date range of when it was produced.
