Vintage IBM THINK pocket notepads. The two are sold together.  The outside dimensions are 4 3/8" X 3".   Both pads come with two new paper refill pads.   Refills can be ordered online. Both pads have been used but are in very good condition.  Only one of them is marked IBM.  A minor blemish is on the inside cover of one of the pads.
