A collection of vintage Montgomery Ward & Co. ephemera. This looks like it was an order for bike parts.  Tubes, tires and handlebar.  A blank envelope and new order form in case items had to be returned.  I can't find any dates on these papers.  The upper left corner of the order form says "For over fifty years we ......"  The company was started in 1872.   So I think this paper work is from the 1920s or 1930s at the latest.  The logo is definitely prior to the 1950's logo used.  Very good condition.
