This is a vintage white enamel with a blue edging mug from Pusser's of the West Indies. 3 1/2" tall.  4" across the top.  It has great graphics.  Royal Navy Traditional Toasts.  The toast for Saturdays is the best:  "Sweethearts and wives, may they never meet."  This mug is in very good condition.
Pusser's is a large Company Store and Pub on the British Virgin Islands.  
The term pusser was Royal Navy slang for the purser aboard a ship. The purser was responsible for the rum store on the ship and supervising the doling out of the daily rum tot.
