3 1/4" tall.  A dark cobalt blue with gold line details.  The front art is a relief of two buildings with a tree and grass partly framing them.  It has a scallop top edge.  The relief has some nice detail.  I love the shape of this little vase.  Very unique.  It may have been a souvenir vase.  I have found several vases similar to this one that were souvenirs of popular tourist cities.  None of them had relief art but just painted buildings.
