5 1/2" X 3 3/8".  This is a souvenir card from Joker's Joe Typhoon Club in Niles, Ill.  A popular club in the 1940s and 1950s in Niles, Ill, and Chicago, Ill.  By inserting two fingers into the holes, the risque-dressed woman looks like she is sitting on the "pot."  The card is in very good condition.
 
This pre-tiki bar was located at the Southwest corner of Milwaukee Avenue and Newark Avenue in Niles, Illinois.  The owner Joker Joe was known for his somewhat obnoxious sense of humor and his comical hula dance performances.
