Original 1939 sheet music; Moon Love. Glenn Miller and his Orchestra initially recorded and performed thisin 1942. It was a piece adapted from Tschaikowsky's 5th Symphony, 2nd Movement. In 1966 Frank Sinatra recorded Moon Love. Both are very nice recordings. I have pasted the YouTube links to each one below. I find the Frank Sinatra rendition odd because he starts the song with the refrain and never sings the first or foremost verse. I would like to know the reason for that. Interesting?
